水平井不动管柱找堵水工艺技术
WDP TECHNOLOGY WITHOUT PULLING THE STRINGS FOR HORIZONTAL WELLS

摘要(Abstract):

水平井开采是油田老区厚油层顶部挖潜和外围薄差层开采的一种经济有效技术手段。为了解决水平井开采中含水率上升问题,开展了水平井不动管柱找堵水工艺技术研究。根据地质方案,在相应层段下入液压调层开关,当需调层时从油套环形空间打压,调整开关工作状态,实现水平井不动管柱调层生产,可满足3~4个层段调整需要。现场应用表明,水平井不动管柱分层找堵水工艺技术可满足水平井、大斜度井等特殊井身结构井堵水需要。
The horizontal well has become an effective tapping means of the economic development at the top of the thick reservoirs for the maturing oilfields and thin-poor reservoirs in the peripheral oilfields. With the extension of the production time,in order to solve the problem of the water-cut increase,the researches on the water detecting and plugging( WDP) technology without pulling the string were conducted for the horizontal wells. The technique was engaged for the separated layers according to the geological plan,in the corresponding layers and intervals,the hydraulic transferring and adjusting switches were put down. When the adjustments were needed,the switches were opened from the tubing-casing annular and adjusted their working conditions to realize the layer adjustment and production without pulling the strings of the horizontal wells,thus the requirements of three or four-interval adjustment could be met. The field application shows that the technology can meet the needs of the water plugging in the special borehole structures,such as horizontal well,high-angle hole,etc.
