压裂水平井裂缝和水平井筒不规则产油试井分析

摘要(Abstract):

针对多段压裂水平井不规则产油这一问题,在考虑水平井筒和压裂缝不规则产油的基础上,进一步考虑裂缝变质量流,运用Green函数、Newman乘积方法和叠加原理,建立了更为符合实际的多段压裂水平井压裂缝和水平井筒不规则产油试井模型,利用Stehfest数值反演得到了考虑井筒存储和表皮效应的实空间井底压力解,绘制了典型图版,并分析了水平井筒产油段流量、产油段长度以及裂缝参数对井底压力响应的影响。考虑水平井筒和压裂缝同时产油与只考虑裂缝产油在流动特征上存在差异,即前者增加了第一径向流和双线性流阶段。产油段流量、裂缝条数和裂缝半长对压力和压力导数影响较大;而产油段长度对典型曲线影响很小。本模型可用于多段压裂水平井有效出油裂缝以及水平井筒产油段评价和诊断,进而针对性地制定解堵或重复压裂等方案。
In the light of the problem of the non-uniform oil production of the multi-fractured horizontal well( MFHW),on the basis of the production from the wellbore and fractures and further considering the variable-mass flow of the fractures,with the help of Green's function,Newman's product method and superposition principle,the well test model was established for the more actual non-uniform oil production from the MFHW's fractures and the wellbore,through Stehfest numerical inversion,the real-space pressure solutions were obtained in the consideration of the wellbore storage and the skin effect,the typical chart board was mapped and furthermore the influences of the flow rate of the wellbore production segments/intervals,the length of the oil-producing segment and the fracture parameters on the bottomhole pressure response were analyzed. The contrast in the flow characteristics was consideredbetween the uniform/simultaneous production of the fractures and wellbore segments( UPFWS) and non-uniform production of the fractures and wellbore segments( NPFWS: only considering the production from the fractures) i.e. the former added the first linear and bilinear flow stages. The influences of the segment flow rate,fracture number and its half-length on the pressure and pressure derivative are rather serious; while the influences are pretty small for the production segment length on the typical curves. The model can be applied in the evaluation and diagnoses of the effective-oil-production fractures and horizontal wellhole segments for the MFHW,and furthermore the programs of removing the block or re-fracturing can be specifically compiled.
