考虑渗流参数时变效应的高渗透油藏数值模拟技术Numerical simulation of the high-permeability oil reservoirs considering the time-varying effect of the seepage parameters

摘要(Abstract):
水驱开发油田进入中高含水期后储层物性时变效应愈发显著,传统数值模拟软件无法精确表征储层物性的动态变化过程。考虑高渗透油藏的渗流参数时变效应,在传统的黑油数值模拟软件中增加了统一的物性时变模拟框架,即以面积加权的达西流速计算瞬时面通量、用曲面插值算法计算任意面通量和饱和度下对应的各相相渗,以模拟任意的物性随冲刷时长的变化过程。将时变数值模拟技术应用于自研模拟器中,对某海上高渗疏松砂岩油藏进行了分析。结果表明,时变数值模拟比常规数模模拟对水驱效率和最终采收率预测更为精确。时变数值模拟技术为油田剩余油研究和挖潜提供了依据,对水驱油藏后期开发预测具有重要意义。
The time-varying effect of the reservoir physical properties becomes more and more significant after the waterflooded oilfield enters the middle and high water-cut periods, and the traditional numerical simulation software cannot precisely characterize the dynamic change process. Considering the time-varying effect of the seepage parameters in high-permeability oil reservoirs, a united simulating framework of the time-varying physical properties was added to the traditional black-oil numerical simulation software, i.e.,taking the area weighted Darcy velocity to calculate the instantaneous area flux and adopting curved surface interpolating algorism to compute the arbitrary area flux and each-phase relative permeability corresponding to the saturations, so as to simulate the changed process of the arbitrary physical properties with the scour time length. The time-varying numerical simulation technique was applied in the self-developed simulator to analyze an offshore high-permeability unconsolidated sandstone oil reservoir. The results show that compared with the traditional numerical simulation, the time-varying numerical simulation is more precise in predicting the waterflooded efficiency and the final recovery, so it has provided the evidences for the study and potential tapping of the remained oil, which is of great significance for the later development prediction of the waterflooded oil reservoirs.
