聚合物驱三区复合模型试井分析方法WELL-TEST ANALYZING METHOD WITH THREE-ZONE COMPOSITE MODEL FOR THE POLYMER FLOODING

摘要(Abstract):
考虑聚合物溶液在地层中存在剪切、扩散、对流等物化参数的作用,根据交替注入方式,建立了聚合物驱非牛顿—牛顿—牛顿三区复合模型,采用有限差分算法对模型进行数值求解,绘制压力和压力导数双对数典型曲线图版。聚合物驱三区复合模型典型曲线划分为7个流动段,其中一区径向流段,压力导数曲线近似水平,一区到二区过渡段导数曲线下降,经历了二区径向流后,导数曲线又出现上翘。聚合物溶液初始浓度越大,聚合物溶液的径向流段上移程度越大;一区半径越大,聚合物溶液径向流段时间越长,聚合物到水相的过渡段出现的越晚;二区半径越大,水区到油区过渡段越明显,三区总流动段出现的越晚。实例应用表明该方法能准确解释三区复合油藏的渗透率和表皮系数等地层参数,确定聚驱及水驱前缘位置。
Considering the actions of the physiochemical parameters such as shear,diffusion,convection and so on for the polymer solution in the formations,according to the modes of the alternating injection,the composite model with non-Newtonian-Newtonian-Newtonian three zones is developed for the polymer flooding,and moreover the numerical solutions are drawn for the model with the help of finite difference algorithm,the typical log-log chart boards are mapped between the pressure and pressure derivative.The typical curve of the model stated above can be divided into seven flow intervals,among them,in ZoneⅠ-radial flow stage,the curve of the pressure derivative is close to horizon,at the transitional stage from ZoneⅠto ZoneⅡ,the derivative curve drops,after ZoneⅡ radial flow,the curve goes upward.The higher the concentration of the initial polymer solution is,the greater upward movement of the radial flow will be;the greater the radius is,the more obvious the transitional stage from the water zone to oil zone,the later the flow stage of Zone Ⅲ will occur.The case application shows that the method can accurately interpret the formation parameters such as the permeability,skin factor and so forth for the composite oilreservoirs with three zones,and furthermore determine the front locations of polymer and water floodings.
