测调集成式细分注水井分层流量测试技术

摘要(Abstract):

介绍了一种适用于油田测调集成式细分注水管柱井分层流量的测试技术。该技术利用新研制的集成式电子储存流量测试仪 (包括Φ58mm、Φ55mm、Φ52mm集成式测试堵塞器、Φ2 1mm小直径电子流量计及数据采集处理系统 ) ,采用新工艺 ,仪器一次下井测试可完成 3~ 5个层段的细分注水井分层流量测试及分层指示曲线绘制。详细介绍了集成式电子储存流量测试仪的结构原理 ,Φ2 1mm小直径电子流量计的研制、标定 ,数据采集系统构成 ,现场实际应用情况 ,对新测试技术做了深入浅出的论述
This paper introduces a measurement technique for testing and adjusting the zonal flow rate of integrated subdivided water injection pipe string wells. It uses a new type of integrated electric storage flow measuring meter(including Φ58mm, Φ55mm and Φ52mm integrated blanking plug and Φ21mm small diameter electric flow meter and data acquisition processor system).With the new technique, one running measurement of the instrument can finish the zonal flow measurement and zonal indication curve plotting of the subdivided water injection of 3-5 interval. This paper introduces the structural principle of the integrated electric storage flow measuring meter and the construction, calibration and data acquisition system construction of Φ21mm small diameter and its application in the field.
