限流法压裂布孔方法的优化OPTIMIZATION OF PORE ARRANGEMENT WITH LIMITED ENTRY FRACTURING

摘要(Abstract):
基于限流法压裂完井优化布孔原理 ,建立了限流法压裂布孔方案优化方法和裂缝参数模拟计算方法 ,编制了限流法压裂优化设计软件 ,并进行了模拟分析及现场应用。研究结果表明 ,影响裂缝尺寸的主要因素是油层渗透率 ,而不是油层厚度。在层间差异较大时 ,如果布孔方案不合理就不能使同卡距中的每个小层都得到较好的压裂改造。通过优化布孔方案 ,可以达到合理改造开采各个储层的目的 ,从而获得更高的初期产量 ,更长的压裂有效期 ,取得更好的经济效益。该方法进一步完善了限流法压裂完井工艺技术
Basing on the theory of optimizing the pore arrangement with limited entry fracturing method, this paper constructs an optimizing method of pore arrangement program of limited entry fracturing and simulation calculation method of fracture parameter. It programs a software for optimizing design of limited entry fracturing and performs a simulation analysis and field application. The result shows that the main factor affecting fracture size is reservoir permeability in stead of reservoir thickness. Optimizing pore arrangement program can realize reasonable production of each reservoir and obtain higher initial production and longer effective period of fracturing. This method further perfects the completion technique of limited entry fracturing.
