中浅层煤层气井定量化排采制度

摘要(Abstract):

针对中浅层煤层气井排采制度与低渗透煤储层解吸-扩散-渗流特征不匹配的问题,以大宁-吉县区块为例,从煤层气低产井及低产原因入手,将煤层气井低产原因归纳为地质因素、工程因素及排采因素,排采因素又可进一步细化为初期排液速度慢、压降传播规律复杂和煤粉伤害3个方面。结合原因分析和工程实践,优化煤层气井排采制度,提出中浅层煤层气井“4321”排采管控方案:划分4大排采阶段、抓好3个关键控制点、实现2项参数平衡、形成1个排采标准模版。实践表明,采用“4321”排采管控方案,利用关键点、重要参数等定量化排采制度,缩小排采参数取值范围,可以有效提高煤层气井稳产能力,使气井稳产期产气量大于900 m~3/d。研究成果可为中浅层煤层气井排采制度的制定提供有效借鉴。
In order to solve the problem that drainage system of medium-shallow coalbed methane(CBM) does not match desorption-diffusion-flow characteristics of low-permeability coal reservoirs, taking Daning-Jixian block as example and starting study on causes of low production of CBM wells to classify the causes into geologic, engineering and drainage causes, among which drainage cause is further subdivided into 3 aspects including slow liquid drainage at initial stage, complicated pressure drop propagation law and coal powder damage. Combined with causes analysis and engineering practice, drainage system of CBM wells is optimized, with the “4321” drainage production management and control plan proposed: dividing 4 drainage production stages, focusing on 3 key control points, realizing the balance of 2 parameters, and forming a standard template for drainage. Practice shows that using “4321” drainage production management and control plan can effectively increase gas production stabilization capability of CBM wells by using quantitative drainage system containing key points and important parameters to reduce value range of drainage parameters, with gas well production of more than 900 m~3/d in stable-production stage. The research provides effective reference for drainage production system establishment of medium-shallow CBM wells.
