利用微流控技术评价聚合物与储层岩石相互作用

摘要(Abstract):

油田对聚合物的选择主要是通过孔喉大小和聚合物相对分子质量大小来确定的,但随着微流控技术的产生与发展,目前可视的微观液体流动形态的尺度已经缩小到纳米尺度,为了精细筛选聚合物的适应条件,利用微流控技术从微观角度模拟真实储层以评价聚合物对储层的影响是很必要的。介绍了目前利用聚合物驱油提高原油采收率的相关研究,利用微流控技术对聚合物与储层岩石间的相互作用进行了研究分析,并对微流控技术未来发展进程和方向进行了展望。
The option of polymer in an oilfield is mainly determined by the pore-throat size and the relative molecular mass fractions of the polymer. However,with the development of microfluidic technology,the scale of the current visible microscopic liquid-flow morphology is reduced to nanoscale. In order to finely select the adaptive conditions of the polymer,with the help of the technique,it is necessary to simulate real reservoirs from microscopic point of view to evaluate the effects of the polymer on the reservoirs. The related research on enhancing oil recovery by polymer flooding is introduced,the interaction between the polymer and reservoir rock is analyzed and studied by microfluidic technology,and the future development process and direction of the microfluidic technology are prospected.
