低渗透油田粘土稳定剂研制Development of clay stabilizer for low permeability oilfields

摘要(Abstract):
粘土水化膨胀和粘土微粒运移是对油气层损害的重要原因。该文分析了粘土矿物质的存在形态、类型及对油气层的损害,同时对单剂样品进行了室内筛选实验,在此基础上研制出了适合大庆低渗透油田使用的NT-1002粘土稳定剂,并针对研制的粘土稳定剂进行了室内效果实验。结果表明:NT-1002粘土稳定剂与地层水具有良好的配伍性;使用粘土稳定剂后,岩心破碎率为3.55%,远低于清水的岩心破碎率24.5%;岩心膨胀率为96.95%,能够很好地控制粘土岩心膨胀。
Swelling of clay and migration of clay particles cause main damages to oil and gas reservoirs.In this paper,the existing forms,styles of different mineral clays and their damages to oil and gas reservoirs are analyzed and lab screening tests on clay stabilizer samples are conducted.On the basis of the study,a clay inhibitor,NT-1002,is developed for the application in low permeability oilfield,and lab evaluation tests for the clay stabilizer is carried out.According to the research results: the clay stabilizer NT-1002 has better compatibility with formation water;core reduction rate with the application of the clay stabilizer is 3.55%,which is much lower than 24.5% of the core reduction rate with fresh water;core swelling rate is 96.95% with good control to core swelling.
