柱塞举升动态模型研究

摘要(Abstract):

在对柱塞进行动力学分析的基础上,结合节点系统分析方法,从柱塞举升系统的整体出发,建立了柱塞举升动态模型,模型由相对独立又互相衔接的4个子系统构成:上行阶段、油井续流阶段、柱塞下降和压力恢复阶段,结合油井流入动态可实现对柱塞举升系统的设计计算。通过理论证明和实例验证,该模型具有较好的可靠性和较高的精度,能够对柱塞运动的全过程进行计算分析,为柱塞举升优化设计提供了理论基础。
Based on the dynamic analysis to plunger and with the combination of nodal system analysis,a dynamic plunger lifting model is established in this paper with the consideration of systematic wholeness.This model is consisted of 4 sub systems that are relatively independent and mutually syntaxial: up run period,fillup period for producers,plunger dropping period and pressure buildup period.Based on the inflow performance of producers,this model can be useful tool for design calculation of plunger lifting system.According to theoretical demonstration and experimental verification,this model,with higher reliability and accuracy,can be used for the calculation and analysis to the whole movement procedure of the plunger.This model provides the optimization of the plunger lifting with theoretical basis.
