基于确定性系数的地质因素套损风险评价方法EVALUATING METHOD OF THE GEOLOGICAL-FACTOR RISKS OF THE CASING DAMAGE BASED ON THE CERTAINLY FACTORS

摘要(Abstract):
套损一直是困扰老油田开发的难题。大庆长垣油田局部区块出现集中套损,严重影响油田生产。地质因素是导致套管损坏的重要原因之一,由于长垣油田开发区块众多,区块间地质特征差异明显,套损形式区别较大,油田南部套损更为严重。在套损地质因素分析基础上,优选出地层倾角、断层发育、砂泥界面、化石层等4项地质因素单指标,并采用确定性系数将其进行同区间量化和叠加,确定出各单指标权重,得到地质因素套损风险度。将长垣油田98个细化区块的地质因素套损风险划分为5个等级,其中长垣油田西侧地层倾角较大,南部化石层较为发育,套损风险度高,是套损防护的重点区块。
Casing damage has always been an issue in the old oilfield development. The casing damages in the partial blocks of Daqing Placanticline Oilfields are centralized,thus these oilfield productions are severely influenced.The geological factor is one of the important reasons of the casing damages. The oilfields have so many blocks,and furthermore the differences of the geological characteristics between the blocks are rather obvious,so the casing damages are quite different,the casing manages in the southern oilfields are more serious. On the basis of the analysis of the geological influencing factors,four individual indexes of the factors were optimized: formation dip,fault development,sandstone-mudstone interface and fossil bed. And moreover by means of the certainty factor,each index was quantified and stacked in the same interval,and then the single index weight was determined,the casingdamage risk degrees of the geological factors were obtained. Five grades of the risk were divided for 98 refined blocks in Placanticline Oilfields,in detail due to the relatively large formation dips in the west parts of Placanticline Oilfields and well-developed fossil beds in the south,the casing-damage risk degrees are rather higher,so they have become the key protecting blocks of the casing damage.
