游梁式抽油机变速运行系统动态特性分析ANALYSIS ON THE DYNAMIC PERFORMANCES OF THE VARIABLE SPEED OPERATING SYSTEM FOR THE BEAM PUMPER

摘要(Abstract):
抽油机变速运行技术虽在国内得到一定推广,但目前对其理论研究相对较少。建立抽油机变速运行动力学模型和振动模型,通过对模型的求解,研究变速前后抽油机动态特性变化。计算结果表明:采用变速运行抽油系统的惯性扭矩Td峰值降低了56.56%,平衡率上升了56.68%;当冲次小于10 min~(-1)时柱塞振动变化不大,当冲次大于10 min~(-1)时柱塞振动幅度明显增大;此外,抽油机系统输入功率曲线波动幅度大幅降低,运行功率峰值降低了70%。研究证实抽油机变速运行能够极大改善系统动力性能。
The technology of variable speed operation has been generalized to a certain degree in domestic oilfields; however,its present theoretical researches are relatively less. Therefore,the corresponding dynamic and vibration models were established. Through the solutions seeking of the models,the changes of the pumper performances before and after the speed variation were studied. The calculation results indicate that for the oil pumping system with the variable speeds,the peak value of the inertia torque Tddecreases by 56. 56%,and the equilibrium rule climbs by 56. 68%; when the stroke frequency is less than 10 min-1,the vibration of the plunger changes slightly,when the stroke frequency is more than 10 min-1,the vibration amplitude is significantly increased. Besides,the wave amplitude of the input power curve of the pumping system decreases to a great deal,the peak of the operation power reduces by 70%. The researches prove that the variable speed operation of the oil pumper can greatly improve the dynamic performances of the system.
