细菌在高压模型中的生长状况及堵塞效果

摘要(Abstract):

本文介绍了铁细菌、腐生菌、硫酸盐还原菌在模拟大庆油田地层条件的高压模型中的生长状况,以及金黄色葡萄球菌(staphylococcus aureus)对天然岩心的堵塞作用,论述了利用微生物方法扩大油层水淹体积的可能性。
Growth of iron bacteria, saprophytic bacteria snd sulfate reduing bacteria in high. pressure model for simulating formation conditions in Daqing Oil Field as well as the plugging effect of micrococcus staphylococcus aureus to natural cores are presented in this paper, and the possibility of improving volumetric sweep efficiency by using microorganism is also discussed in the paper.
