摘要(Abstract)：

本文对影响低渗透油田开发效果的主要因素，提高油井产量、改善开发效果的主要技术措施和减少投资、降低成本的主要途径，进行了简要论述。
The paper briefly discusses the main factors which influence the effects of low permeability oilfield development and the principal techniques and measures of increasing oil production and improving the development effects.In the end, the article points out the major ways to decrease the development cost.
