应用原油色谱指纹技术监测三元复合驱分层产油贡献

摘要(Abstract):

三元复合驱见效后, 油层采液能力下降, 针对试验区换螺杆泵后不能测油井分层资料的不足,应用原油气相色谱指纹技术圆满解决了这一问题。该项工作结果表明, 试验区4个目的层原油具有明显差异性, 三元注入体系对原油指纹特征影响较小; 选取EPB神经网络模型, 首次成功解决了4层原油混采解释模板的建立, 其相对误差可控制在7%以下; 现场色谱指纹测试结果稳定, 与油层动静态资料符合率高, 适于三元复合驱条件下分层产油贡献的监测。
After ASP flooding, the fluid production ability becomes low. In the pilot area, application of chromatographic fingerprint technique has successfully solved the problem of production logging data shortage in each separated oil layer after changing into PC pump. The results show that crude oil of 4 target layers possess obvious differentia and ASP injection system has little influence on fingerprint characteristics of crude oil;with the help of EPB neural network model, the problem of setting up interpreting module of 4 commingled oil producing layers has been first and thoroughly solved, furthermore its relative error can be controlled within 7%;the field test results of chromatographic fingerprint are stable and have high consistency with static and dynamic data of the oil layers,so this technique is suitable to detect oil production contribution of separated layers in the case of ASP flooding.
