英台地区黑帝庙油层勘探评价水平井技术及应用
APPLICATION OF THE HORIZONTAL WELL TECHNIQUES IN THE EXPLORATION APPRAISAL OF HEIDIMIAO OIL RESERVOIRS IN YINGTAI AREA

摘要(Abstract):

松辽盆地北部齐家一古龙凹陷浅层黑帝庙油层埋藏浅、厚度薄、油水分布复杂,已提交的石油预测储量品位低、动用难度大,采用常规直井开采单井产量低、效益差。为了进一步加快勘探步伐,有效促进控制储量升级,通过国内外水平井技术调研,以成藏规律比较明确、油水分布比较落实、油层相对稳定、部署水平井风险相对较低、产能突破可带动储量升级和动用为原则,以英台地区黑帝庙油层为研究对象,开展了水平井技术的可行性研究。在方案论证、设计及风险评估的基础上,成功实施了YP1水平井钻探,并通过大规模体积压裂,采用螺杆泵排液求产获得了高产工业油流,试油产能是区内同层位直井压后产能的5.2~7.8倍。
In Qijia-Gulong Sags of North Songliao Basin,Heidimiao oil layers are characterized by shallow burial,thin thickness and complex O/W distribution.The possible reserve reported is of low grade and difficult to develop,when produced by the conventional vertical well,the production of the individual well is rather lower,and the benefit is rather poorer.In order to further accelerate the oil exploration and to upgrade the probable reserves,based on the surveys of the horizontal well techniques at home and abroad,taking Heidimiao oil layers in Yingtai area as the study object,the feasibility of the technical application is researched in the principles of the obvious hydrocarbon accumulation laws,reliable 0/W distribution,relatively stable reservoir,pretty lower well deployment risk and productivity breakthrough bringing about the upgrade and development of the reserves.Horizontal Well YP1 drilling is optimized and successfully implemented.By means of the stimulated reservoir volume(SRV) fracturing and screw pump to test the production of this horizontal well,the commercial productivity is so high that is 5.2-7.8times that of the vertical well drilled in the same formation within the same area.
