摘要(Abstract)：

国家对油田开发工程的投资,已由拨款改为贷款。这样,在确定开发项目之前,要进行可行性研究。经济评价是可行性研究的重要内容之一。本文就用常规技术开发油田的项目和用特殊技术开发油田项目的经济评价问题作了论述。另外,还强调了在经济评价工作中需要注意综合评价以及要加强借款偿还能力的分析工作。全文的目的在于为油田开发项目决策者提供科学依据。
The state has already replaced the financial allocation for investment to oilfield development with a loan. Therefore, before a development project is determined, a feasibility study should be made. Economic evaluation is one of the important contents. In the paper, the author also described the problems of economic evaluation on the oilfield development projects both conventionally and unconventionally. It is also stressed that attention must be paid to thorough evaluation and an analysis on the ability of paying back the loan should be made during economic evaluation.The purpose of the paper is to provide a scientific basis for the strategy-makers iri oil development projects.
