基于压敏效应的变启动压力梯度渗流模型Seepage model of the variable starting pressure gradient based on the pressure sensitive effect

摘要(Abstract):
特低渗透油藏受压敏效应作用,渗透率随着地层压力的变化而变化,从而导致启动压力梯度变化,而目前已有特低渗透油藏渗流模型中仅体现静态启动压力梯度,未同时考虑压敏效应和变启动压力梯度,计算结果与矿场实际情况往往偏差较大。利用非达西渗流理论及压敏效应公式等,以长垣外围扶余油层特低渗透油藏为研究对象,建立考虑压敏效应和变启动压力梯度的渗流模型,并以朝阳沟油田C区块为例分析了压力、渗透率、启动压力梯度的分布特征,以及开发效果主要影响因素。结果表明:在同时考虑压敏效应和变启动压力梯度条件下,油井渗透率、地层压力及产量大幅度下降;C区块油井井底附近,渗透率下降21.33%,启动压力梯度增加26.94%;采用小井距,同时提高储层渗透性可有效提高产量。研究成果为特低渗透油藏开发调整方案编制提供了理论基础。
Due to the pressure sensitive effect of ultra-low permeability reservoirs, the permeability varies with the formation pressure, which results in the change of the starting pressure gradient. At present, the existing seepage model of the ultra-low permeability reservoirs only reflects the static starting pressure gradient and does not consider the pressure sensitive effect and variable starting pressure gradient at the same time, which leads to a large deviation between the calculated results and the actual situation of the field. With the help of the non-Darcy seepage theory and the pressure sensitive effect formula, taking the ultra-low permeability reservoirs in Fuyu oil layers of the Placanticline as the research target,the seepage model considering the pressure-sensitive effect and variable starting pressure gradient was established.Taking Block C in Chaoyanggou Oilfield as an example, the distribution characteristics of the pressure, permeability and starting pressure gradient were analyzed as well as the main influencing factors of the development effects. The results show that the oil well permeability, formation pressure and production reduce greatly when considering simultaneously the pressure sensitive effect and variable starting pressure gradient. Near the bottom of the wells in the block, the permeabilities decrease by 21.33% and the starting pressure gradients increase by 26.94%. The use of the small well spacing while increasing the reservoir permeability can effectively increase the production. The research results can provide the theoretical basis for the compilation of the development adjusting program of the ultra-low permeability reservoirs.
