摘要(Abstract):
为解决在用的老型号抽油机存在的扭矩和悬点载荷峰值大、不均匀程度高、动力学性能较差等问题开展了抽油机柔性拖动控制技术研究与试验。通过研究与现场90口井的应用结果表明,抽油机柔性拖动控制技术适用于各类抽油机,具有较强的现场适应能力;该装置不仅保留了变频技术的优点,而且利用数字化的人工拖动特性,第一次有效解决了适应于恒定负栽的异步电动机和抽油机的变负载特性之间的矛盾,突破了抽油机曲柄匀角速度运转的技术界限,为抽油机举升系统的优化设计和优化运行奠定了基础。
The old types oil pumping unit has many problems including over big torque and rod load peak at point of suspension, large heterogeneity and poor dynamic performance. In order to solve these problems, research and test about flexible drag control for pumping unit have been carried out. Through the application results analysis of 90 wells in the field test, this technology is suitable for different kinds of pumping units with good adaptability. And the equipment not only maintains the converter technique advantages, but also solve the problem between constant load of asynchronous motor and varying duty property of pumping unit for the first time, breaking the technical limitation of crank operation at the rate of homo angle for pumping unit, which makes the foundation for optimized plan and optimized operation of pod lift system.
