潜油电泵井个性化设计探讨

摘要(Abstract):

针对电泵设计及配置中存在的突出问题———管柱设计过于单一,没有突出单井特性;电泵机组扬程均为1000m,多数井扬程偏大;电机装机功率过高,存在“大马拉小车”现象;电泵采油技术投资有挖潜余地等,对单井从产能预测、下泵深度确定、总扬程确定及简化工艺管柱等方面进行优化设计并进行现场应用。实践证明,优化电泵方案设计,达到了提高电泵井效率的目的。
For the design and allocation of electric pumps there are obvious problems: The design of the pump string is very single without focusing on the characteristics of single wells; The lifting heights of electric pump assemblages are 1000m, which is too high for most wells; The power of the electric pump is too high; There is still potential to save investment of electric pump producing technology. Optimized design has been done for single wells, and it includes productivity prediction, depth determination of pumps, total lifting height determination and simplification of pipe string. The filed test proves that based on design optimization, the efficiency of wells with electric pumps can be improved.
