聚合物驱后储层内残留聚合物分布特征DISTRIBUTION CHARACTERISTICS OF THE POLYMER RESIDUE IN THE POLYMER FLOODED RESERVOIRS

摘要(Abstract):
聚合物驱油层岩石中残留聚合物分布特征是聚合物驱精细调整、提高驱油效果的基础。在大庆萨尔图油田聚合物驱不同注采位置检查井采集油砂样品,利用高温氧化还原—热导—元素法测定聚合物驱岩石中聚合物残留量,对不同注采位置岩石残留聚合物分布特征和影响因素进行研究。结果表明:聚合物驱油层岩石中聚合物残留量在纵向上非均质性分布明显,残留量最大相差近80倍,随聚合物驱时间的增长残留量趋于增大、非均质性趋于减小;在横向及平面上聚合物残留量由大到小的顺序为主流线注入井位置、主流线中间位置、主流线采油井位置、分流线中间位置;聚合物驱主流线从注入井到采油井方向,聚合物残留量与渗透率从高度负相关变化为显著负相关,相关程度呈减小趋势,与孔隙度从微弱正相关变化为显著负相关,相关程度呈增大趋势;聚合物驱分流线中间位置聚合物残留量与渗透率显著负相关、与孔隙度高度正相关;残留聚合物分布受油层岩性及粒度、注采位置、聚合物驱时间、油层物性等影响。
The distribution characteristics of the polymer residue in the polymer flooded rocks of the oil reservoirs is the bases of the fine adjustment and flooded effects enhancement of the polymer displacement. For the oil sand samples from the inspectors in different flooded injection and production sites in Daqing Saertu Oilfield,with the help of high-temperature redox-thermal conductivity-element method,the residual amount is determined and tested,and moreover the distribution characteristics and influencing factors are researched for the polymer residue in different injection and production places. The achievements show that there is obvious vertical distribution in the heterogeneity for the residues,the maximal differential can almost reach eighty times,with the rise of the flooded time,so does the residue,while the heterogeneity is on the contrary; in horizon and plane,the order of the amount from top to bottom is in the injectors along the main streamlines,between these main streamlines,the producers along the main streamlines and between the above streamlines; in the direction of the polymer flooded main streamlines fromthe injectors to the producers,the closer negative correlation with the residues and the permeabilities tends to obvious negative correlation and moreover the degree is decreased,while the weaker positive correlation with the porosities is changed into the obvious one and furthermore the correlated degree is rising; in the middle sites of diversion line of the polymer flooding,the polymer residues are obviously negatively related with the permeabilities and significantly positively correlated with the porosities; the distribution of the polymer residue is influenced by the reservoir lithologies,granularity,injection-production site,flooding duration time,physical properties of the oil reservoirs etc.
