大庆油田老测井数据治理与高分辨率重构关键技术及其应用

摘要(Abstract):

针对大庆油田开发初期横向及JD-581测井系列存在的基础数据冗余错漏、测井曲线分辨率低、测井项目不完整及部分数据未数字化等瓶颈问题,提出以“数据治理-曲线重构-电极系转换-参数建模”为核心的创新技术体系。通过构建数据治理模块,实现测井曲线及数据库冗余数据的系统清理,推动资料的标准化转化;创新研发“层序约束+高频信息提取”技术重构测井曲线,使声波时差重构曲线相对误差降至2.9%;同时建立梯度电极系-电位电极系转换模型,利用能谱特征优化转换算法。在此基础上,基于岩石物理相分类,细化储层参数模型,结合治理数据进一步修正物性参数规律。实际应用表明,综合处理后的测井解释质量得到显著改善,薄层识别能力提升,渗透率参数解释精度较传统方法提高28.8百分点,系统性解决了老测井数据的低效利用问题,有效提升了曲线数据的可靠性,研究成果可为大庆及同类老油田的高精度油藏描述与剩余油精准挖潜提供可推广的解决方案。
To address the issues of initial development stage of Daqing Oilfield, including redundant basic data, low-resolution logging curves, incomplete logging projects and partial non-digital data from lateral and JD-581 logging series, this study proposes innovative technical system focused on “data governance-curve reconstruction-electrode system conversion-parameter modeling”. Data governance module is constructed to achieve systematic cleaning of logging curves and redundant data in database, facilitating standardized data transformation. Innovative “sequence-constrained+high-frequency information extraction” technique is developed to reconstruct logging curves, reducing relative error of acoustic time difference reconstruction curves to 2.9%. Conversion model of gradient electrode system-potential electrode system is established, optimizing conversion algorithm through energy spectrum characteristics. Furthermore, based on petrophysical facies classification, reservoir parameters model is refined, and property parameters laws are further revised using governance data. Field application demonstrates significant improvement in logging interpretation quality, with thin layer identification capability enhanced and 28.8 percentage points increased in permeability parameter interpretation accuracy compared to conventional methods. This method systematically resolves inefficient utilization of old logging data, and effectively enhances curves data reliability. The research provides promotable solution for high-resolution reservoir characterization and targeted potential remaining oil production in Daqing and similar mature oilfields.
