致密含水气藏水淹气井复产潜力评价方法
Evaluating method of the re-production potential of the watered-out gas well in water-bearing tight gas reservoirs

摘要(Abstract):

致密含水气藏水淹气井复产普遍采用经验法选井,选井主观性强且复产成功率有限。为此,引入了统计学和模糊数学理论,确定了描述水淹气井复产潜力的13个指标并建立了水淹气井复产潜力评价的层次结构模型,最终通过模糊评价的方法得到气井的复产潜力值并以此来评价气井复产潜力,确定复产顺序。现场试验结果表明:采用新方法进行选井并复产后,气井复产成功率为81.3%,远高于采用经验法61.2%的复产成功率;和传统经验法相比,新方法将影响气井复产的各项因素进行了量化处理,最大限度避免了主观因素的影响,具有更高的可靠性和更好的可操作性,可以为致密气藏水淹复产提供更科学、便捷的选井方案。
Experience-based well selection is widely adopted for the watered-out gas well re-production in water-bearing tight gas reservoirs, which is characterized by strong subjectivity and limited success rate of the re-production. Therefore statistics and fuzzy mathematics theories were introduced to solve these problems. Thirteen criteria were determined to describe the re-production potential of the watered-out gas well and a hierarchical model was established to evaluate the re-production potential. Finally the fuzzy evaluating method was used to calculate and evaluate the re-production potential value and determine the re-production order. The field test results show that the success rate of the watered-out gas well re-production by the new method reaches 81.3%, which is significantly higher than the experience-based method's success rate(61.2%);comparing with the conventional experience-based method, the new method quantifies the influencing factors of the watered-out gas well re-production and maximally avoid the influence of the subjective factor, so it possesses much higher reliability and better operability,and can provide easier and more scientific way for well selection of watered-out gas well re-production in water-bearing tight gas reservoirs.
