井下节流防治气井水合物技术研究与应用Research and application of downhole choke to prevent hydrate generation in gas wells

摘要(Abstract):
通过对中浅层气田水合物生成机理及产生规律的研究与实验,得出了气井水合物生成的温度、压力界限;利用气井水合物生成规律得出了水合物在井筒中生成的界限。研究设计了井下节流防治气井水合物工艺,并通过井下油嘴节流、降低井筒内天然气压力及破坏水合物的生成条件达到防止水合物生成的目的。在研究过程中,推导出气嘴的最小下入深度、最佳嘴径关系式并用于井下节流工艺参数的计算、优化,现场应用效果较好。
Studies and experiments aiming for the generation mechanism and rules of hydrate in middle and shallow layers of gas wells obtained the temperature and pressure thresholds for gas well hydrate generation.Hydrate generation rules in gas wells have been predicted,through which the limitation of hydrate generation in boreholes could be identified.Downhole choke technique is delicately studied herein this article,through glib choke,degrading the natural gas pressure in boreholes and damaging hydrate generation conditions,the generation of hydrate in gas wells could be effectively inhibited.Associated with the studying process,relational expressions of the minimum setting depth of the glib and the best glib and diameter ratio is derived for downhole choke parameter calculation and optimization.Field application of the technique in 10 wells achieves satisfactory results.
