新型合成固定相对天然气和模拟气组分的分析
ANALYSIS OF THE CONSTITUENTS OF NATURAL GASES AND SIMULATION GAS WITH A NEW SYNTHETICAL STEADY PHASE

摘要(Abstract):

对天然气和模拟气组分的分析,目前一般是采用3~4根色谱柱才可全部完成。为使天然气中惰性气体及模拟气中特殊气体有较好的分离,提高某些组分定量的准确性。减少繁琐的操作程序,我们实验对比了几种合成固定相,认为Chron osorb-102这种固定相较好。它的分离效能可代替以往的邻苯二甲酸二丁酯+β,β'-氧二丙腈和GDX-104柱。这样我们只采用两根柱子,两次进样,就可分析天然气和模拟气中的Ar、O_2、N_2、CH_4、CO、CO_2、C_2H_4、C|2H_6、H_2S、H_2O、C_3H_6、C_3H_8、iC_4H_(10)、丁烯-1+异丁烯、1,3-丁二烯、nC_4H_(10)、顺丁烯、iC_5H_(12)、nC_5H_(12)、C_6~+20个组分。若要分析He、H_2则需换载气另加一次进样。这样不但提高了工效,同时也由于Ar和O_2的分离,提高了氮含量定量的精度。
At present, usually 3 or 4 chromatographic columns are required in:analyzing the constituents of natural gases and simulation gas. In order to have a better separation of the inert gases in natural gases and the special gases in simulation gas, to improve the accuracy of quantitative analysis of some constituents, and to simplify the complex operating procedures, several types of synthetical steady phases have been compared, through which the chromosorb-102 is concidered better, and in separation efficiency, it can subtitute the primitive dibulylphalate + , -Oxy-dipropronclrde C.P. and GDX-104 column. In this way, only two columns and two sample feedings are needed, 20 constituents in natural gases and simulation gas can be analyzed, such as:Ar , O2, Nz, CH4, CO, CO2, C2H4, C2H6, H2S, H20, C8H6, C3H8, iC4H10, C=-l + iC4=, 1, 3-=C=, nC4H10, C-C4=, iC5H12, nC5H12, C6+. If He and H2 is to be analyzed, only the carrier gas should be changed and another sample feeding is needed. Therefore, not only the working efficiency has been improved but the accuracy of quantitative analysis for N2 content has also been improved due to the separation of Ar and 02
