三次采油用烷基苯磺酸盐类表面活性剂研究

摘要(Abstract):

介绍了以抚顺洗化厂的重烷基苯为原料经切割筛选 ,采用SO3 降膜式磺化工艺合成出烷基苯磺酸 ,再经中和、复配 ,研制出了性能稳定的烷基苯磺酸盐。室内评价结果表明 ,该表面活性剂能与大庆原油形成 10 -3 mN m数量级的超低界面张力 ,而且界面张力性能稳定 ,其三元复合体系驱油效率比水驱提高 2 0 %以上。同时 ,实现了表面活性剂的国产化配方 ,大大降低了三元复合驱成本 ,为大庆油田以烷基苯磺酸盐为主表面活性剂大面积推广三元复合驱奠定了理论和实践基础
This paper introduces a kind of alkyl benzene sulfonate produced by Fushun Flush Chemical Factory. It takes heavy alkyl benzene as source material to synthesize alkyl benzene sulfonic acid through SO 3 falling film sulfurization technique and neutralization and re allocation. Laboratory evaluation result shows that this surfactant can form an interfacial tension of 10 3 mN/m order of magnitude with Daqing crude oil, and its interfacial tension has a stable performance. Its ASP combination system has a displacement efficiency 20%(OOIP) higher than water flooding. It realizes the nationalized ingredient of surfactant and reduce the cost of ASP flooding so as to provide theoretical and practical basis for the popularization of alkyl benzene sulfonate as the main surfactant in Daqing Oil Field.
