长庆低渗透油田水平井机械堵水工艺MECHANICAL WATER PLUGGING TECHNOLOGY OF THE HORIZONTAL WELLS IN CHANGQING LOW-PERMEABILITY OILFIELD

摘要(Abstract):
为解决长庆低渗透油田多段压裂、注水开发水平井见水问题,结合水平井生产现状,分析了水平井见水规律及见水特征,研发了可捞式机械桥塞、水平井封隔器、桥式单流阀等配套关键工具,设计形成了水平井趾部、中部、跟部单段见水或多段见水的机械封堵工艺管柱,并成功应用于矿场。共实施8口井,有效率100%,累计增油2 841t,累计降水2 160 m~3,控水增油效果显著。该机械堵水工艺为见水水平井有效治理提供了重要技术手段。
In order to solve the breakthrough problems of the multi-stage fractured and water flooded horizontal wells in the low-permeability oil reservoirs of Changqing Oilfield,combining with the current production performances of the wells,the breakthrough laws and characteristics of the wells are analyzed and moreover a set of key tools of retrievable mechanical bridge plug,horizontal well packer,bridge-type check valve key and other matching equipments are developed,the strings of the mechanical water plugging technologies are designed and made for the individual-interval(toe,medium and heel)and multi-interval breakthroughs of the horizontal wells and furthermore they are successfully applied in the field.The techniques are operated in 8 wells and the effective rate reaches100%,the cumulative oil increased is up to 2 841 t,the cumulative water reduced is 2 160 m~3,it is obvious to see that the effects of water control and oil stimulation are great.This mechanical water plugging technology has provided significant technical means for the effective management of the breakthrough horizontal wells.
