中低温VES-BAT自转向酸性能评价

摘要(Abstract):

VES-BAT自转向酸技术是新近发展起来的一种酸化处理技术。通过评价VES-BAT自转向酸流变性,分析自转向酸变黏影响因素,研究了VES-BAT自转向酸与碳酸盐岩反应过程流变性的变化。实验发现:残酸表观黏度适合70℃以内的储层;残酸体系对剪切敏感性较差;残酸体系表观黏度对油敏感、对水不敏感,具有控水透油作用;随pH升高,VES-BAT溶液表观黏度呈上升趋势;Ca~(2+)能够使残酸体系表观黏度升高,Mg~(2+)和Na~+则对残酸体系表观黏度影响不大;随酸岩反应的进行,体系表观黏度总体呈上升趋势,并分别在HCl质量分数12%和7%时出现表观黏度极大值,说明VES-BAT自转向酸鲜酸也同样具有缓速、降滤、自转向功能。
VES self-diverting acidizing technology is one of newly developed stimulations.Through the evaluation of the rheological property of the acid and the influencing factors of the acid on the viscosity,the changes of the property with carbonate rocks are researched.The experiment shows that the apparent viscosity of the residual acid is suitable for the formation below 70 ℃;the sensitivity of the residual acid system to the shear is rather poorer;the apparent viscosity of the system is not sensitive to oil and water,and furthermore possesses the actions of water control and oil filtration;with the increase of pH values,the viscosity has an upward trend;Ca~+ can make the apparent viscosity rise,but Mg~+ and Na~+ have little effects on the viscosity of the system;With the reaction between the acid and the rocks,the system viscosity is generally enhanced and at the same time the maximum values appear when the viscosities are respectively 12%and 7%,thus prove that VES-BAT fresh acid also has the characteristics of retarding,filtration reducing and self-diverting.
