多孔介质中沥青堵塞机理

摘要(Abstract):

油田开发过程中沥青堵塞是引起油井产能下降的一个重要原因。沥青堵塞机理非常复杂 ,文中主要研究原油组分以及流动速度对沥青堵塞的影响。研究中使用的多孔介质为人造岩心 ,以避免微粒运移对实验结果的影响。研究结果表明 ,原油中沥青质比例增大 ,易导致沥青分子相互聚结 ,从而发生在多孔介质中的沉淀和堵塞。沥青沉淀物堵塞喉道所造成的伤害程度主要取决于流体和多孔介质的性质 ,同样也取决于流动速度。在较高流速下 ,随速度升高 ,沥青所造成的孔喉堵塞更加严重 ,在低渗岩心中沥青堵塞引起渗透率伤害程度大于高渗透岩心
Asphaltene plugging is an important cause of reducing well flow capacity. Asphaltene plugging mechanism is very complex. This paper is focused on the effects of oil composition and flow rate on asphaltene plugging. The porous media used in this work is man made cores, in order to avoid effects of fine migration on experiment results. Results show that increase of asphaltene in crude oil may cause asphaltene molecule to gather and lead to precipitate and plug in porous media. The damage caused by asphaltene plugging principally depends on properties of fluid and porous media and also does on flow rate. At high speed, asphaltene plugging is more serious with increase of flow rate. The damage degree of asphaltene plugging is higher in low permeability core than in high one.
