萨北油田注水工艺技术发展方向及评价

摘要(Abstract):

在总结投入注水井以来萨北油田分层注水工艺技术的发展过程的基础上,综合叙述了注水各阶段所采用的封隔器配水管柱,对目前所应用的各种注水管柱进行了评价和分析。通过对目前井下在用的封隔器随机抽检验封,结合萨北开发区的地质条件、油层出砂等因素,初步了解了在萨北油田应用较为广泛的Y341-114(FK)、Y141-114(5)、K344-110、Y341-114(ML)等封隔器的使用情况,分析了各类封隔器不密封的影响因素,针对目前在用可封隔器洗井滑套的缺点,研制了Y341-114 (KW)型封隔器,提高了在用可洗井封隔器的可靠性和密封性。同时,针对目前在使用配水器扶正体环腔部位存有砂垢、造成掉卡事故、影响测试投捞及工作筒严重腐蚀造成的假象不密封等问题,研制了665-3F防砂、防垢、防腐新型配水器,解决了因配水器存砂垢及工作筒严重腐蚀造成的假象不密封的问题。在此基础上,提出了萨北油田注水工艺的发展方向。
Based on the development of selective water injection in North Saertu Oilfield after the water injectors were drilled, different packer distribution pipe strings are comprehensively described, and various water injection pipe strings are evaluated and analyzed. Through the random examination on packers used in downhole, combining the geologic condition, sand production from oil layers and other factors in North Saertu development area, the packers widely applied in North Saertu Oilfield, such as Y341-114 (FK), Y141-114 (5), K344-110, Y341-114 (ML) , have been primarily studied, and the factors causing unsealing of packers are analyzed. Aiming at the current sliding problem for wash packer, type Y341-114 (FW) packer is developed, which may increase the reliability and sealing of wash packer. Simultaneously,according to the current problems, for example, sand filth in the centralizer annular cavity of water injection allocator, pseudomorphous unsealing caused by serious corruption in working barrel etc. , new packer 665-3F, with the characteristics of sand control, anti scale and anti - corrosion, is developed, which can resolve the pseudomorphous unsealing caused by serious corruption in working barrel and sand filth in the water injection allocator. So, on the basis of above research the development orientation is presented for the water injection technique in North Saertu Oilfield.
