双链表面活性剂压裂液研究及应用

摘要(Abstract):

开发应用了一种由双链表面活性剂及氯化钾组成的清洁压裂液,无需添加其他添加剂。与以往表面活性剂清洁压裂液对比,耐温性能达到120℃以上,形成胶束能力更强,交联剂为无机盐,用量低于0.7%,施工安全性提高;在120℃、170 s~(-1)条件下,经过60 min的剪切,黏度在30 mPa·s以上;压裂液破胶液无残渣,对陶粒充填裂缝导流能力伤害率小于9%,对基质岩心渗透率伤害率为4.2%,比瓜尔胶压裂液降低70%。在海拉尔油田低渗透储层2口井3个层现场试验,施工成功率100%,平均单井初期日产油量6.46 t,增产效果良好。
A clean fracturing fluid surfactant is developed and applied,which is composed of double-chain surfactant and potassium chloride without adding other additives.Comparing with the previous clean surfactant fracturing fluids,its temperature resistance can reach 120 ℃ or above,its formed micellar ability is greatly stronger,the cross linking agent is inorganic salt whose dosage is less than 0.7%,so the construction safety is perfectly improved;under the conditions of 120 ℃ and 170 s~(-1),after 60-minute shear,the viscosity can achieve more than 30 mPa · s;no residue when the viscosity breaking by the fracturing fluid,the damage rate of the fracturing fluid to the haydite filled fracture diverting capacity is less than 9%,the damage rate of the fracturing fluid to the substrate/matrix core permeability is 4.2%,i.e.reduced 70%compared with guar-gum fracturing fluid.Three low-permeability reservoirs of the two wells in Hailer Oilfield were tested,the construction success rate achieved 100%and the average daily oil production of the individual well is up to 6.46 t,much better production simulation has been obtained.
