CO2气驱过程中泡沫扩大波及体积效果
EFFECTS OF ENLARGING THE FOAM SWEPT VOLUME IN THE PROCESS OF CO2 FLOODING

摘要(Abstract):

CO_2的黏度和密度比原油低很多,在驱替过程中容易发生气窜。选择了起泡能力较好的发泡剂HY-3进行岩心实验。结果表明:随着气液比增大,泡沫稳定渗流阻力降低;随着发泡剂质量分数的增加,泡沫驱达到稳定渗流时的压差升高;在双管并联高、低渗透率岩心中,点滴注入发泡剂,并利用其所形成的泡沫体系控制CO_2气体的窜逸,达到了调整吸气剖面、扩大波及体积、增加采收率的目的。
Due to the much lower viscosity and density for CO_2 than those of the crude oil,the gas channeling is prone to occur during the flooding process.HY-3 foaming agent is chosen for its high foaming capacity,and the corresponding core experiment is conducted.The results show that with the rise of the gas-liquid ratio,the stable seepage resistance of the foaming agent drops;with the increase of the mass fraction,the pressure differential rises when the foam flooding is up to the stable seepage;in the double-barreled parallel cores with high and low permeabilities,the foam agent is injected drop by drop and moreover with the help of the produced foam system,the CO_2channeling and escape are controlled,so the purposes of adjusting the gas-absorbing profiles,enlarging the swept volume and enhancing the recovery are realized.
