摘要(Abstract)：
本文根据油井系统试井测试结果，对ＩＰＲ曲线出现拐点的原因进行分析与讨论，提出了湍流渗流附加粘度概念，推导出ＩＰＲ曲线拐点计算式，并给出出现拐点的判断式。
This paper analyses and discusses the reason of flexpoints on IPR curves using the result of step-rate testing, proposes a concept of turbulent and seepage flow extra viscosity,derivates a computation formulus of flexpoints on IPR curves,and gives a determination formulus of flexpoints.
