摘要(Abstract):
介绍利用萨北过渡带筛选分离的本源微生物降粘菌种对弱碱化三元复合驱油井采出原油进行降粘解堵的室内研究结果。针对弱碱三元体系中的各组分分别研究了对本源微生物生长的影响。通过不同菌种复配、菌浓度大小及用量对北三西三元复合驱堵塞油井的采出原油进行乳化降粘、降蜡、降胶对比实验,确定实验菌种的应用效果及与弱碱化三元体系的配伍性,从而优化出不同菌种复配比例、菌浓度及营养剂配方,为进一步论证其在三元复合驱油井堵塞现场应用提供实验依据。
This paper discussed the lab research on viscosity reducing and deplugging of produced oil recovered by weak base ASP flooding with the indigenous microbial bacteria family, which are screened and separated from intermediate belt in North Saertu oilfield. Effect of various compositions in weak base ASP system on the growth of indigenous microbe has been analyzed. Through the contrast experiments of produced oil from oil wells plugged by ASP flooding in Block Beisanxi about emulsion viscosity reducing, wax removing and gum declining, the applica- ble effect of test bacterial family and compatibility of weak base ASP flooding are both distinguished, therefore, different proportion of bacteria family, bacteria concentration and nutriment formula are optimized, providing a foundation for the evaluation of development effect of itemized belt of intermediate belt in North Saertu oilfield by ASP flooding.
