低渗透油藏压驱裂缝展布特征及影响因素

摘要(Abstract):

压驱技术为低渗透油藏效益开发探索出了新途径,但尚有诸多机理问题认识不清。针对压驱注水涉及岩石断裂损伤过程,基于三轴应力流固耦合实验装置、智能渗透率场反演装置和微米CT扫描装置等,建立了压驱物理模拟方法,明确了压驱裂缝展布特征及影响因素。结果表明:压驱注水对井周岩石造成区域性非均衡损伤,储层岩石在较大排量范围内均有破裂特征;压驱裂缝展布受注入流体黏度、排量影响,在注入参数达到岩石破裂条件下,注入排量和流体黏度越低,越有利于形成复杂缝网,随着注入流体黏度和排量的提高,压驱裂缝开度增加。研究成果可为现场压驱提供理论指导。
Fracturing-flooding technology is a new approach for efficient development of low permeability reservoirs, but there are still many unclear mechanism problems. In view of rock fracture damage process involved in fracturing-flooding, physical simulation method for fracturing-flooding is established based on triaxial stress fluidstructure coupling experiment instrument, intelligent permeability field inversion instrument and micron CT scanning instrument to clarify fracture distribution characteristics and its influencing factors. The results show that water injection during fracturing-flooding causes regional non-uniform damage to rocks around well, and reservoir rocks have fracture characteristics in large displacement range. Fracture distribution during fracturing-flooding is affected by viscosity and displacement of injected fluid. When injection parameters reach the condition of rock fracture, the lower the injection displacement and fluid viscosity are, the more favorable they are for forming complex fracture networks. Fracture aperture during fracturing-flooding increases with the increase of injected fluid viscosity and displacement.The research provides theoretical guidance for field fracturing-flooding.
