抽油机井合理沉没度确定与治理实践

摘要(Abstract):

针对抽油机井沉没度不合理及影响泵效、井底流压的实际问题,在对抽油机井正常生产时合理沉没度的研究之后,根据抽油机井产量与流压、沉没度的关系推导出油井获得最大产量时合理沉没度的范围值,通过对抽油机井沉没度的治理进行分析,使油井在最佳沉没度范围内获得最大的产量。
Unreasonable submergence depth of rod pumped wells will influence the pump efficiency and bottom hole flowing pressure. Based on the research on the reasonable submergence depth of rod pumped wells during normal operation, and according to the relationship between the production of rod pumped wells and bottom hole flowing pressure and submergence depth, the reasonable submergence depth value limits, in which the producer can have the maximum production, can be obtained. Ac- cording to the analysis of reasonable submergence depth of rod pumped wells, the maximum production of the producers in the optimum submergence depth can be got.
