鄂尔多斯盆地大牛地气田碳酸盐岩储层差异化分段酸压技术及其应用

摘要(Abstract):

鄂尔多斯盆地大牛地气田马五_5亚段碳酸盐岩气藏具有储集空间类型复杂、孔隙度和渗透率低、非均质性强等特征。对水平井采用单一酸压技术改造后测试产量差异大,低产井比例高。为提升该类气藏开发效益,综合考虑钻、测、录井及压裂特征,开展了储层类型划分,针对不同类型储层特征及改造难点,优化酸压施工的关键参数,形成了差异化分段酸压技术。结果表明,不同类型储层所适用的酸压技术不同:洞穴型储层宜采用多级注入闭合酸压技术,多级注入液体采用线性胶+胶凝酸按2~3级交替注入,酸液与压裂液体积比例为1.2~1.3;裂缝-孔洞型储层宜采用变黏度酸多级注入酸压技术,高低黏酸液的黏度比为5~10,施工排量7 m~3/min以上;孔隙型储层宜采用多级注入加砂酸压技术,酸蚀裂缝半长应大于120 m,导流能力大于30μm~2·cm。实施差异化分段酸压后,11口水平井平均测试产量相比前期提升了64.3%,增产效果显著。研究成果可为同类气藏的高效酸压改造提供借鉴。
Carbonate gas reservoir of Ma5_5 sub-member in Daniudi gas field in Ordos Basin has characteristics of complex reservoir space types,low porosity and permeability and strong heterogeneity. Single acid fracturing technology is adopted for horizontal wells,with large production difference and high proportion of low production wells.In order to improve development benefits of this kind of gas reservoir,comprehensively considering characteristics of drilling,electric logging,mud logging and fracturing,reservoirs are classified to optimize key parameters of acid fracturing,forming differentiated segmented acid fracturing technology according to the characteristics of different types of reservoirs and stimulation difficulty.The results show that different types of reservoirs are suitable for different acid fracturing techniques.Multi-stage injection closed acid fracturing is suitable for cave reservoirs,with multistage injected fluid of linear gel+gelled acid injected alternately in 2~3 stages and ratio of acid to fracturing fluid volume being 1.2~1.3. Variable viscosity acid multi-stage injection acid fracturing is suitable for fractured-vuggy reservoir,with viscosity ratio of high and low viscosity acid being 5~10 and injected volume more than 7 m~3/min.Multi-stage injection and sand acid fracturing is suitable for porous reservoir. The half-length of acid etching fracture should be larger than 120 m and the conductivity should be larger than 30μm~2·cm. Differential staged acid fracturing was implemented in 11 horizontal wells,with average tested production increased by 64.3% compared with previous stage. The research also provides reference for high-efficiency acid fracturing of similar gas reservoirs.
