抽油机井泵系统效率与排量系数的关系研究Research on Relation Between Pumping Well Pump System Efficiency and Discharge Coefficient

摘要(Abstract):
根据泵系统效率和排量系数的定义,导出了泵系统效率和排量系数之间的数学关系式,通过理论分析确定了影响泵系统效率和排量系数关系的主要因素,并对不同抽汲参数和生产气油比条件下的泵系统效率和排量系数进行了数值计算,分别绘制了泵系统效率和排量系数与冲程、冲次及生产气油比的关系图,明晰了泵系统效率和排量系数的关系。
According to the definitions of pump system efficiency and discharge coefficient,the mathematical relational expression between pump system efficiency and discharge coefficient is deducted.Through theoretical analysis,the major factors affecting the relation between pump system efficiency and discharge coefficient are identified and the pump system efficiency and discharge coefficient under different pumpage parameters and producing gas and oil ratios are numerical calculated.The relation graphs on pump system efficiency and discharge coefficient and stroke,stroke frequency and producing gas and oil ratio are respectively drawn to distinguish the relation between pump system efficiency and discharge coefficient.
