聚驱过程中同采水驱油井的干扰影响和治理对策Interference influence of simultaneously-producing water-flooding wells in polymer flooding process and treatment strategies

摘要(Abstract):
针对大庆油田聚驱开发过程中存在同层开采的水驱油井(简称“同采水驱油井”)干扰聚驱开发效果的问题,运用数值模拟方法研究了不同类型水驱油井对聚驱开发效果的影响,并建立了水驱油井干扰治理对策。结果表明:同采水驱油井的存在导致聚驱区块注采失衡、采出程度降低、见效时间延后、综合含水率降幅变小,4种同采水驱油井中短路型影响最大,其次为分流型和截流型,争嘴型最小;同采水驱油井的产液量越大,对聚驱开发效果的影响越大;封堵水驱油井越早越好,建议优先封堵短路井,然后封堵分流井和截流井,最后封堵争嘴井。所建立的同采水驱油井干扰管控治理对策可为最大限度地消除同采水驱油井对聚驱开发效果的破坏作用,改善大庆油田的聚驱开发效果提供有效的指导。
Aiming at the problem that water flooding wells with the same-layer production (“simultaneously-produc-ing water-flooding wells” for short) interfere with polymer flooding development effect in the process of polymer flooding development in Daqing Oilfield, the influence of different types of water flooding wells on development ef-fect of polymer flooding is studied by means of numerical simulation to establish the interference treatment strate-gies for water flooding wells. The results show that the existence of simultaneously-producing water-flooding wells leads to injection-production imbalance in polymer-flooding block, the reduction of recovery of OOIP, the delay of response time and smaller decrease of comprehensive water cut. Among 4 types of simultaneously-producing waterflooding wells, the short-circuit type has the most influence, followed by diversion-type and flow-interception type, and the production-competing type has the least influence. The greater the fluid production of simultaneously-pro-ducing water-flooding wells is, the more the influence on the development effect of polymer flooding is. The earlier the water flooding wells is plugged, the better. Short-circuit wells are suggested to be plugged first, followed by di-version wells and flow-interception wells, and finally the production-competing wells. The established strategies for mangaging and controlling the interference of simultaneously-producing water-flooding wells can provide effective guidance for maximizing the elimination of the destructive effect of simultaneously-producing water-flooding wells on polymer flooding development effect and improving development effect of polymer flooding in Daqing Oilfield.
