喇嘛甸油田特高含水期层内精细挖潜工艺Internal fine potential tapping technique in Lamadian Oilfield at ultra- high water cut stage

摘要(Abstract):
油藏精细描述研究后,厚油层划分到次级沉积单元,结构界面划分到0·5m以下的物性夹层。受结构界面厚度的制约,常规工艺措施已经存在不适应。为此,提出精细挖潜工艺技术思路,充分利用和保护0·5m以下结构界面,形成了以长胶筒封隔器为核心技术的层内细分注水、堵水工艺,封卡界面厚度达到0·2m;以定位平衡压裂为核心技术的层内细分改造工艺,不破坏的界面厚度达到0·4m;以水力割缝为核心技术的层内细分补孔工艺,不破坏的界面厚度达到0·4m。通过对精细挖潜工艺实施效果的分析,对于多段多韵律的砂岩油田,只要层内存在薄夹层,就可以应用该项配套工艺技术进行精细挖潜。该精细挖潜配套工艺,能够满足目前及今后相当长时间内厚油层精细挖潜的需要。
After reservoir fine description study, thick oil layers are divided into secondary sedimentary units and structural interface is divided into physical sublayers less than 0.5m thick. Restricted by structural interface thickness, conventional technical measures can not meet the requirements any more. Therefore, the concept of fine potential tapping technique is brought forward. Fully utilizing and protecting structural interfaces less than 0.5m thick, layer internal fine water injection and water plugging techniques have been formed with long tubing packer as the core technique. The stuck interface thickness reaches 0.2m. With layer internal fine reconstruction technique based on oriented balanced fracturing, the undamaged interface thickness reaches 0.4m. With layer internal fine reperforation technique based on hydraulic slotting, the undamaged interface thickness reaches 0.4m. Analysis of implementation effect of fine potential tapping technique indicates that this matching technique can be used to perform fine potential tapping in multi-interval and multi-rhythm sandstone oilfield only if there are thin interbeds between layers. This fined potential production capacity tapping matching technique can meet the needs of current and quite a long term of thick oil layer fine potential tapping.
