计算气井最小携液临界流量的新方法

摘要(Abstract):

气井最小携液临界流量是采气工程方案编制中的一个重要参数。目前现场主要应用Turner和李闵公式进行气井最小携液临界流量的计算,但这两种公式有一定的局限性。因此,根据气井中运动的球帽形液滴,建立了球帽状液滴模型的气井最小携液临界流量计算公式。并对实际井例进行了计算,给出了气井携液过程中不同分散相存在时的最小携液临界流量的确定方法。
The maximum critical liquids carrying flow rate for gas wells is an important parameter for oil production engineering planning.At present,Truner and LI Min equation are mainly used in field to calculate this minimum flow rate,and there is certain limitation for these 2 methods.So,in this paper the equation for minimum critical liquids carrying flow rate of gas wells is established based on globe cap like liquid drop model(In gas wells the liquid drops are mainly globe cap like in shape).This equation is applied to field wells,and the method to determine the minimum critical liquids carrying flow rate in gas wells with the existence of various disperse phases is also listed.
