水平井段套损可膨胀修复技术——以大牛地气田PG34井为例
Expandable repairing technology for horizontal casing damaged wells: Taking Well PG34 in Daniudi Gas Field as an example

摘要(Abstract):

为了解决油气井在生产过程中套管错断、套管破裂等各种类型套损问题,目前采取的措施主要是套管补贴、取换套、跨隔封隔器机械封隔等,但存在作业效率低、施工成本高、造成井筒缩径等问题。为解决上述问题,研究了一种基于可膨胀堵漏剂的连续油管技术的高效可膨胀化学封堵技术,该堵漏剂由化学封堵剂与水按照一定比例混制而成,具有凝固时间可调、耐冲刷能力强的优点,将可膨胀堵漏剂通过连续油管挤入套损部位,实现套损段的迅速封堵,能够有效降低套损井修复成本,提高作业效率,增加老井使用寿命。大牛地气田的1口现场先导试验井的实际应用表明,套损部位封堵后,全井筒试压合格,封堵效果较好。
In order to solve various types of the casing damage in the process of production such as casing leap and casing fracture, the current measures are mainly casing patch, casing replacement, cross packer mechanical sealing, etc., but there are some problems such as low operating efficiency, high construction cost and wellbore shrinkage. Therefore, the high-efficiency expandable chemical plugging technology was studied based on the expandable plugging agent for coiled tubing technique. The plugging agent is the mixture between the chemical plugging agent and water according to a certain proportion, which has the advantages of adjustable setting time and strong erosion resistance. The expandable plugging agent was squeezed into the damaged part of the casing through the coiled tubing to achieve rapid plugging of the damaged section of the casing, which can effectively reduce the repair cost of the damaged well, improve the operation efficiency and increase the service life of old wells. The practical application of No.1 pilot well in Daniudi Gas Field shows that after plugging the damaged part of the casing, the whole wellbore pressure test was qualified and the plugged effects were much better.
