基于热示踪原理的水平井产液剖面流量测量新方法A new method of measuring the flow rate of liquid production profile of horizontal well based on the thermal tracer principle

摘要(Abstract):
目前,国内水平井产液剖面测井技术,采用涡轮流量计进行油水两相流总流量测量成功率偏低。为了解决此难题,介绍了一种热示踪相关法油水两相流总流量测量方法的原理,研制了用于水平井产液剖面油水两相流总流量测量的热示踪相关流量计实验样机,并在水平井多相流模拟试验装置上纯水、纯油及油水两相流不同含水率情况下开展了动态实验。实验数据分析表明,在油水两相流总流量1~30 m~3/d范围、0~100%含水率范围,实验样机的响应特性与标准流量的关系为线性相关,并且实验样机的总流量响应与含水率无关。与涡轮流量法相比,热示踪相关流量法的突出优点是无可动部件、可靠性高、不需要对测量传感器重复标定。该研究成果,为进一步研制热示踪相关流量计工程化测量样机,解决低产液水平井产液剖面油水两相流总流量测量难题奠定了重要基础。
At present, for horizontal-well liquid-production profile logging technique in China, the success rate of using turbine flowmeter to measure the total flow rate of oil-water two-phase flow is rather low. In order to solve this problem, the principle of the flow rate measurement by thermal tracer correlating method was introduced, the experimental prototype of the thermal tracer correlation flowmeter was developed for the total flow rate measurement in the horizontal well, and moreover the dynamic experiments were carried out under the conditions of the pure water, pure oil and oil-water two-phase flow with different water cuts on the multi-phase flow simulation and test devices of the horizontal well. The analysis of the experimental data shows that at the total flow rate range of 1-30 m~3/d and the water cut range of 0-100% for the oil-water two-phase flow, the relationship between the response characteristics of the experimental prototype and the standard flow rate is linear, and furthermore the total flow rate response of the experimental prototype is independent of the water cut. Compared with the turbine flow method, the thermal tracer correlation flow method has the prominent advantages of no moving parts, high reliability and no need to repeatedly calibrate the measurement sensor. The research results-have laid the important foundations for the further development of the engineering measurement prototype of the thermal tracer correlation flowmeter and the resolution of the measurement problem of the total flow rate of the oil-water two-phase flow for the production profile of the low-liquid-production horizontal well.
