大庆长垣油田特高含水后期水驱控水提效试验区开发效果
Evaluation on development effects of water cut control and efficiency-improvement test areas at the late stage of ultra-high water cut in Daqing Placanticline Oilfield

摘要(Abstract):

长垣水驱进入特高含水后期开发阶段,为了探索长垣水驱后期的开发调整对策,在长垣油田开辟了6个控水提效试验区。针对小井距注水开发区注采井距小、层间矛盾突出、油层动用比例小等问题,采用密井网精细储层描述,变流线调整技术,智能分层注水工艺技术挖潜(试验1区);针对断层发育、井网控制程度低、注采关系不完善等问题,采用断层发育区补钻油水井、沿断层倾向钻大斜度井技术挖潜(试验2、3区);针对薄差层动用程度低、注入采出困难等问题,采用薄差层精细描述、精控压裂技术挖潜(试验4、5区);针对厚油层发育区底部无效循环问题,采用层内描述、无效循环识别与治理技术挖潜(试验6区)。通过5 a的攻关与试验,形成了以控水提效为核心的整套挖潜模式。现场试验效果表明,此挖潜模式可以有效地改善区块开发效果,6个试验区增加可采储量179×10~4t,试验区提高采收率0.3%~1.33%,自然递减率下降了4.78百分点。
Daqing Placanticline Oilfield has entered the late development stage with ultra-high water cut. In order to explore the development adjustment solations in the late stage, six blocks for watercut control and efficiency improvement are opened up in Placanticline Oilfield. Aiming at the small injection-production well spacing, prominent interlayer contradiction and small developed proportion of oil reservoirs in the waterflooding development area, the fine reservoir description of dense well pattern, adjustment technique of the changed streamline and intelligent separate layer water-injecting technology are adopted(Block 1). In view of the fault development, low control degree of the well pattern and imperfect injection-production relationship, the potential tapping of adding injectors and producers in the fault developed area and drilling highly deviated wells along the faults are engaged(Block 2 and 3).For the problem of the low developed degree and difficult injection-production of thin-poor reservoirs, the thin-poor layer fine description and fine-control fracturing technologies are adopted(Block 4 and 5). According to the invalid circulation at the bottom of developed area of thick oil layers, the technique of description within the layers, as well as the identification and treatment of the invalid circulation are used(Block 6). Through five years of research and experiment, a complete set of development and potential tapping mode, taking wate cut control and efficiency improvement as the core, has been formed. The field test results show that this potential tapping mode can effectively improve the development effects of the blocks. The recoverable reserves in six blocks are increased by 179×10~4t, the recovery is enhanced by 0.3%~1.33%, the natural decline rate is decreased by 4.78%.
