大庆油田抽油机合理负载率确定及选型设计方法DEDERMINATION OF THE REASONABLE LOAD FACTOR AND LECTOTYPE DESIGN METHOD OF THE PUMPING UNITS IN DAQING OILFIELD

摘要(Abstract):
针对大庆油田抽油机设备利用率低的问题,调查分析了抽油机的运行状况和优化潜力。通过回归方法确定了抽油机经济寿命与载荷、扭矩利用率的关系;同时统计现场抽油机故障情况,明确破坏概率随时间的变化规律,最后给出合理载荷、扭矩利用率界限及选型设计方法。新方法的推广应用能实现机采设计系统整体优化,达到降型、节资和节能的目的。
In the light of the problem of low utilization factor of the pumping units and equipments in Daqing Oilfield,the operational conditions and optimized potentials for the units are investigated and analyzed.With the help of regression analyzing method,the relations between the economic service life and load and utilization factor of torque are determined;at the same time,the trouble conditions of the field pumping units are summarized,so the change laws of the damage probability with the time are made clear.Finally the limits of the reasonable load and torque utilization factor and the methods of the lectotype and design are presented.The generalization and application of the method can realize the purposes of optimizing the whole designed system of mechanical oil production,reducing the lectotype,saving the cost and energy.
