试井深度监控系统研制与应用

摘要(Abstract):

简要介绍了无缆深度检测装置的基本原理和工作过程 ,该系统由地面记录深度—时间函数 ,井下记录接箍—时间函数 ,经过函数变换得到深度—接箍函数 ,然后利用前磁、油管深度资料对接箍深度进行校正 ,从而可以得到井下仪器准确的位置 ,解决了基础试井深度监测中由于人为因素、机械因素等造成的深度记录误差。通过现场试验和在标准井上验证 ,系统误差小于千分之 0 3m ,完全可以满足现场测试需要。试井深度的自动测量 ,使试井工艺更进了一步 ,为走向数字化打下了基础
This paper gives a brief introduction to the fundamental theory and working process of uncabled depth measuring device. When using this system the depth time function is recorded above ground, coupling time function is done under well and the depth coupling function is got from functional exchange. Then the coupling depth is corrected based on magnetic and tubing depth data, and the accurate position of the borehole device can be obtained. This method can eliminate the depth record error resulted from human factor and mechanical factor. The error of the system is less than 0 3‰m during field test and verification in standard wells. So, it can fully meet the demands of field tests. The testing technology is further improved due to the automatic measurement of well testing depth. It lays a good foundation for digitization.
