滑片式叶片泵漏失模型及敏感性分析

摘要(Abstract):

介绍了一种经过改进的,并已在大庆和新疆油田应用的滑片式叶片泵。依据流体力学原理,并利用CFD流体计算软件,在系统分析泵内部复杂泄漏通道的基础上,建立了滑片式叶片泵内部泄漏通道的漏失模型。以实际泵结构、生产参数为例,分析研究了不同间隙、不同黏度、不同转速下,漏失泵效的变化。计算表明:间隙的增大会导致漏失泵效的降低;定转子端面漏失和滑片尖端与定子内壁接触漏失对漏失泵效影响最大;合理地增加转速可以有效地增加泵漏失泵效;该泵对于稠油井具有良好的适应性。
An improved sliding-vane rotary pump( SVRP),which has been applied in Daqing and Xinjiang Oilfields,is introduced in this paper. With the help of the principles of fluid dynamics and CFD liquid software,and moreover based on the systematical analysis of the pump internal complex leaking channels,the leaking model of SVRP each leaking channel is established. Taking the structures and production parameters of the actual pump as an example,the changes of the leaked pump efficiency were analyzed and studied under the conditions of the different gaps,viscosities and pump speeds. The calculation shows that the increase of the gaps results in the decrease of the leakage pump efficiency; the leakage between the end faces of the rotor and stator and that between the vane tip and stator inner wall possess the most serious influences on the pump efficiency; the reasonable pump speed increase can effectively enhance the leaked pump efficiency; SVRP has much better adaptability to the heavy oil wells. leakage amount of each leakage channel has been simulated by the given.
