涠洲11-4油田聚合物驱物理模拟研究
Physical Simulation of Polymer Flooding in Weizhou11-4 Oil Field

摘要(Abstract):

针对涠洲11-4油藏地质构造、储层物性和流体性质特征,通过筛选国内外现有抗盐耐温聚合物产品,对品质较优聚合物产品的驱油效果进行了评价。实验结果表明,聚合物用量、段塞尺寸及组合方式、驱替相与被驱替相粘(流)度比以及调剖剂类型将影响聚合物驱增油效果。当聚合物用量采用300mg/L.PV时,“单一整体聚合物段塞”驱油效果好于“组合段塞”,“前置调剖剂段塞+聚合物主段塞”好于“单一聚合物段塞”,“法国SNF”好于“抗盐2号”。
Based on geologic structure, reservoir property and fluid property of Weizhou 11-4, this paper collects existing salt-resisting and temperature resisting polymer production at home and abroad, and evaluates displacement effect of better polymer products. Experimental result shows that polymer volume, slug size and combining pattern, viscosity ( mobility) ration between displacing phase and displaced phase and type of profile modification agent may affect polymer flooding performance. When polymer volume is 300mg/L ?PV, " single overall polymer slog" has better displacement effect than " combined slug" , " pre-slug of profile modification + main polymer slug" is better than " single polymer slog" , and " French SNF" is better than "No. 2 salt-resisting polymer".
