This paper outlines the coring technology by pressure preservation and refrigeration,analyzes variation regularities of phase behavior of natural gas in cores,and discusses correction of natural gas volume calculation and calculating methods of natural gas saturation of different phase behavior under the reservoir conditions,providing the scientific basis for oilfield reserve calculation.
