海上强边底水油帽稠油油藏注CO2提高采收率EOR BY CO2 INJECTION INTO OFFSHORE HEAVY OIL-CAP RESERVPOR WITH STRONG EDGE AND BOTTOM WATERS

摘要(Abstract):
A油田馆陶组是受断层切割的低幅构造"水上漂"稠油油藏,其油层厚度薄、油柱高度低,边底水能量强。用Eclipse数值模拟技术进行了稠油油藏注CO_2混相能力评价、注CO_2流体相态模拟实验,以及不同开发方式注采参数优化、合理开发方式优选,形成了一套强底水稠油油藏高效开发模式。结果表明:在原始地层压力条件下,CO_2无法与地层原油混相,同时由于油藏构造平缓,也无法实施重力稳定驱,因此只能实施CO_2非混相采油;CO_2具有很强的溶解能力和膨胀能力,对地层原油有很好降黏效果;注CO_2单井吞吐开发效果好于CO_2非混相平面驱,衰竭开发效果最差;CO_2吞吐有利于降低油水流度比、降低生产压差,抑制底水上窜,是海上底水稠油油藏提高采收率一种较为合适的方法。
Guantao Formation in A Oilfield is an heavy oil-cap/ "floating on the water" reservoir with low-amplitude structure cut by faults,which is characterized by thin oil reservoir,low oil column height,and strong edge and bottom water.CO_2 miscibility in the heavy oil reservoir,simulation experience of fluid phase behaviors after injecting CO_2,injection-production parameters optimization of different development schemes and optimization of the reasonable scheme are caught out with the help of Eclipse numerical simulating technique.Finally a set of high-efficiency development modes are established for the strong bottom-water heavy oil reservoir.The results show that CO_2can not miscible with oil at initial information pressure,at the same time,gravity stable drive can not apply because of the low-amplitude structure,therefore the immiscible flooding is the only way to practise;CO_2 has strong dissolving and swelling capacities,and moreover can induce the oil viscosity severely;the effects of individual well's CO_2huff and puff are better than those of CO_2 planar immiscible flooding,the results of depletion development are the worst;CO_2 huff and puff is good for inducing oil-water mobility ratio,decreasing drawdown pressure,controlling bottom water up-coining.In a word,this huff and puff is a much more reasonable method for enhancing the oil recovery in offshore heavy oil reservoir with bottom water.
